I have bought a few of these pogies for me and co workers .I have been wearing my green pogies for a few months now, in the river and on multi days trip on the ocean .My hands stayed warm and light ,unlike neoprene . IMHO these are worth to buy .You'll not only support a small business but a brilliant idea .They are absolutely my go to over neoprene set .
Hello Art, I finally had a cold day to test the pogies. I love them! My hands were nice and warm all day but didn’t sweat. I like how snug they are on the paddle shaft, they stay in position and don’t let much water in. The bright orange is easy to see in the water which is great in the event of losing my paddle.
I bought a pair for circumnavigation of Vancouver island .I put them on my paddle day 1 and didn't take them off until day 60 when we finished the trip . They were great 100%.Would recommend for hot days and cool days .
They worked well .Hand would have frozen without them .They were like heaters ,didn't end up using gloves the rest of the time except for running the chain saw .
I've been loving the pogies this fall .Been telling my friends about them .So much better than neoprene .
